Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Adding Siblings to Deed

I'm asking on behalf of my brother David. David owns real estate with a house, which parents are living. David, 2 other brothers and I split the monthly mortgage by. Two brothers and I give 150.00 each month to David. David pays the mortgage. We have been doing this since 2004. What needs to be done, to add all our names to the deed, and share ownership and responsibility of this property. Property located in Pennsylanvia. I live in Virgina, and 3 brothers live in PA. Thank you.

Re: Adding Siblings to Deed

David, as the only apparent fee simple owner of this property, needs to have a new general warranty deed drawn up adding the names of his contributing siblings to this deed, which can then be properly recorded in the land records section of the courthouse in the Pennsylvania jurisdiction where this property is located.
