Attorney and Real estate certification

Can a person be both a member of the bar, a legitimate attorney, AND at the same time, be a certified real-estate agent, fully licensed to sell a home?

Yes. However, I personally would not want to be represented by the same attorney who is acting as a real estate agent.

There is an inherent conflict of interest between the attorney's legal services to you, where your interest should be represented, vs. the real estate agent, who is in it for the commission and therefore might urge a compromise in order to make the deal work for the agent's benefit, but not for yours.
