Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

ok my buddy and i were at a party and a girl kicked me and i ran out the door and kicked out a air conditioner and went back too the apartment and my buddy got stopped on the street by a kid from the party that accused him of kicking out the air conditioner he got taken back too the apartment and filed with property destruction and an underage what will be the outcome of this will he get any kind of charge for property damage if so what is it what will come out of this the state ispennsylvania by the way

Your buddy may have to pay restitution for the damage to the property, if he is being accused of it. However, if you decide to step up and take responsibility for this, you should get a lawyer to make sure that you are protected from the possibility of criminal prosecution.
