out buildings definition

We have restrictive covenents in our housing development. They say that no temporary structure can be built. What constitutes a permanent structure such as what makes a shed a permannet structure vs temporary. If the covenents need changed they state they need a mjority of home owners to make the change does this mean 51%.

Re: out buildings definition

It is difficult to answer without a complete review of the documents setting forth the restriction. If the shed is attached to a permanent foundation you should not have a problem. I would be happy to review all your documentation for a minimum charge. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
