Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I'm trying to buy this house. The owner is decease and I wanted to know if I'm paying the wright person rent. She claims that she is the executor of the estate. She has not provide me with any real document. I do have some paper work that she has sent me, I asked a few people about they say it's not a real document. Please help I don't want to be put out of my home, because I paid the wrong people.

I would suggest you take the paperwork sent to you and consult with a lawyer to review and to clarify whether the person you spoke to is an executor of the estate. You definitely need representation before attempting to buy a house under these circumstances
