Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

''Own'' company buying Real estate from myself

I bought a commercial multi family building and wanted to know if my LLC can purchase it from me. Would there be any conflict of interest in the business taking a small loan for the purchase?

No conflict. You may have to pay transfer tax again though, and as you know that can be very expensive, especially in Allegheny County. I do a ton of this type of work and I own a lot of multi family stuff too. Get a hold of me and I'll tell you how you can get the same protection without buying it with your LLC. Talk to you soon.
