Taken Off Deed Can i sue

I was Taken off my deed by fraud by someone I lived with we where on the deed together If I go to court do I sue him for my legal fees with I know I will never receive because he is disabled and collects S.S.D. or Should I sue the Notary and Attoney that file this deed for the legal fees If I have a complaint filed against him should I ask the court for him to pay legal fees and then can I also sue the notary and Attonery for legal fees and Punitive Damages

You would sue them as co-defendants.

As for legal fees that might not be an available remedy. There are not enough facts here to say.
