Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Defrauded purchasing home

I purchased a home at an auctioneers site. The auctioneer stated that they sell only properties with free and clear title. They say this several times before and during the auction. After entering the winning bid, I made my deposit. A few weeks later the auctioneer called and said the title work came back and set up closing. I met them at the title companies office. Mind you, this is the title company they had a relationship with. At closing I paid for title insurance and was given some type of sheet with closing costs, clearly stating I was paying for title insurance (approx. $400.00). After renovating the property, I was using the property as collateral in a another deal. Two days before closing, my finance compay says after running a title search, another company owns the property. This company has the same address as the title company. With additional research, it seems the owner of the title company purchased the property under one of his companies at sherifs sale. He then claim she sold the company to me. However, there is no record of that transaction. The title company phone is disconnected. When I called the auctioneer he called the owner of the title company. Later the same day, the title owner company was in his office
