how to file a real estate lien with a notice of motion

i have been granted a notice of motion from a court by a divorce action against exhusband and want to file a real estate lien on his property he owns in pennsylvania. what paperwork do i use. i live in florida. thank you

that depends on the nature of the lien. If you have a judgment, you need to file the judgment with PA, if it is in the nature of a mortgage, you need to record the mortgage in the county of the property, in legal terms, being granted a Notice of Motion does not make sense. Only the order that cooincides with the Motion Matters
