I had my girlfriend's name on my deed. Can I have her name removed?

No. If the girlfriend and you are now split and you do not have any kind of partnership agreement, then is no way to remove her name unilaterally from the deed. The girlfriend can convey her share of the property to you. If she will not do it voluntarily, perhaps you can buy her share of the equity. Failing that, you would have to bring what is called a partition action.
