Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

We were never legally married but bought a house together. Mortgage is in his name only, both our names are on the deed. I still have things in the house I need to get out and he is giving me a hard time. what are my rights? Also, if he would go into foreclosure would the house be mine?
