Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My lender for my mortgage GROSSLY underestimated my closing costs according to my good faith estimate - they omitted the transfer tax. As a result, I was forced to liquidate stocks and almost didn't make my closing. Do I have any recourse whatsoever?

You may have a remedy under various Federal and State statutes. You should have an attorney review your documents and see if there have been any violations by the lender.
