Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I've been living with my domestic partner for 8 years. Although we broke up 5 years ago, we remained roommates. We bought the house together and have split All bills evenly. But the house is in his name only. Do I have any right to a buy out if he is asking me to leave?

No not if your name is not on the house unless you and your partner had a partnership agreement indicating that you would be reimbursed.

Not being married means you have no right to equitable distribution.
