Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I was living with my girlfriend. I decided to purchase a piece of land but do to legal issues I was not able to put it in my name. I gave her the money and she purchased the property and put it in her name. We have now split up and she is refusing to sign the propery over to me or to give me at least half of what I paid for it. Is there anything that I can do?

You may have recourse however it may depend on the reason you put the property in your girlfriend's name.
