Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Mortgage

I had a home built. Before signing, I called to back out because my husband was out of work, and had not found a job for a while. I was advised to sign and sell the house afterward. My husband is still unemployed and I am unable to pay the mortgage. My salary alone makes it impossible to pay the mortgage, but my name is the one on the deed. I never submitted any bank statements, just pay stubs. My husbands last pay stub was submitted and I was encouraged to continue with the process because he should find a job in time. Is there a course of action I can take not o lose my home?
