Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My nieghbor cut down trees on my property. He wants us to pay for a fence. He argues that our survery is not correct. What should I do? Would the square footage of our property change for any reason?

Well does he have a survey showing that your survey is incorrect? Why did he cut down tree on your property? Did he have your permission?

I'd ask what is his justification for making you put up a fence. What next is going to demand you put in a hot tub too?
