Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am a non obligor on a loan my ex husband has on our property in pa. he was going in to foreclosure and has since deeded the house to me. i am the non obligor on this note. my question is am i still legally resonable for the loan. i did have to sign for him to get the loan.

From what I understand of your question, you may not have to pay the note, but you will not be able to keep the property when the lender forecloses if the loan is not repaid.
