Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Owner failed to disclose house was built on top of dump site. Neighbor's house has to be jacked up as it is leaning towards my house. House across the street as already been jacked up due to caving in. My house is starting to lean towards their house. Have had numerous health problems since moving into house as well. Renovations were done to house without permits; repairs/fixing will be quite costly. Is there anything I can do. I reside in PA..bought house in 2007. PS - Had two inspections on house prior to purchasing. None of this was disclosed as well as by the owner.
