Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

not paid at settlement table

I went to settlement on 11/19/01. all paper work

was signed and I handed over the keys to the

property to the buyer. after a long delay i was told

that there was a problem in the wire transfer from

the mortgate company for the buyer. i left

settlement with the understanding that this would

all be corrected by the next day and i would

receive my money than. the next day came and

went, no money. i received a call on the third day

from the settlement office telling me that the

matter still was not corrected....Time is money!

what kind of action can i file against this attorney ?

i had financial deadlines to meet, not to mention

not receiving and interest on this delayed money.

please help!
