My parents were victims of the S&D property solutions scam and were awarded roughly $101,000 in restitution by the federal court in Pennsylvania but were never given a penny of it. We were forced out of our house and the house has been sold. My question is Can we put a lien on our home for the $101,000 that we never received?

No. However has the US attorney been able to find any of her assets then you might get something.
I had more than 1 client who got scammed bt that women.
