Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

A property was turn over to me without my agreement

I want to sell the property but the friend put it into my company's name. Should I or he sell this property. And did he commite a crime by paying a lot less than what I gave him to invest into a property. And having me taking care of the property bills without my knowledge at such time?

Thank you for your reply.

Seems like there are a couple of things going on here and your post isn't all that clear. However, if the name on the deed is your company's name then your company will have to sell it. Do you control the company? Who is this friend? Is he also in the company? If the company is yours and the deed is in the company name why wouldn't you expect to pay the associated bills?
