Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I purchased a laptop and gave it to a friend, she made four payments and now I need the laptop back, do I need to give back her payments when i still owe on it. she got 3 months of use.

Assuming you and your friend are still friendly. Why not talk to the friend and try to work something out?
