Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Question on deed

Hello. Three siblings and myself are on my parents (deceased) home deed with right of surviorship. I want to buy them out but we cannot come to an agreement. Can I refuse to settle and let the deed as is, or can they force a settlement. Thank you.

Re: Question on deed

Either you or they can go to court and file an action for partition. This would force a sale of the property in which the four of you would split the proceeds or one or more of the siblings purchase the interest(s) of one or more of the other siblings(ie: you purchase your three siblings interest or your three siblings purchase your interest). I highly recommend speaking to an attorney. I offer free consultations.
