Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have received a letter from the courts letting me know that the my landlord has filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy. She has not notified me of this yet. She has a hearing on September 21st, however my rent is due the 15th of every month. She's trying to keep the property and hasn't surrendered it. However, that doesn't mean the bank won't take it (i think). I need to know what she I do. Should I continue sending payments, or should they go into an escrow account?

By the way, she lives in TN.

There will be a trustee appointed to manage the bankruptcy estate. You should try to contact that person and see what they want done. Also asking you landlord wouldn't hurt though I'm not sure how much it would help. You might ask who her attorney is and see what they would like you to do.

Whatever you do with this month's rent make sure you have a good record of it.
