Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

recently bought a home and have been living here for 1 month. When we did our walkthrough before buying the I noticed some water coming from the air conditioning ducts. We had a eddendun that if it was in need of fixing they would pay half. We had a contractor look it and found out that water is getting in the basement through the rock siding and has damaged the joist in the house and some of the supporting beams. In order to fix it the concrete block in front needs to come up, all the stone taken off and all wood fixed then stone put back on. The cotractoe stated that foam insulation was put in at some point to hide the damage and was a pre -exsisiting condition. What legal right do I have to have the old owners pay for the work?

You'll have to prove the previous owners knew and didn't disclose. Did you have the house inspected before you brought it?
