Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

refund on purchase of a home

I purchased a home on June2, 2006. Since that time I have had major problems with electric, plumbing, concrete. I am fed up. Is there any law that I could back out of the deal?

Thank you

Re: refund on purchase of a home

Unfortunately you can not back out after purchasing your home. If you can prove that the Seller misrepresented the condition of the property or failed to disclose defects you might have a legal cause of action for damages. The entire facts surrounding the purchase, agreement of sale, disclosure documents must be reviewed by competent legal counsel. Seek legal advice or sell the property. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
