My sister is administrator of my mother estate. my mother has two properties, one is being sold as is the duplex which was never zone as a duplex..she did get an offer for this property; settlement date is 07/31/2015,the potential buyer wants to have the stove removed from 2nd floor 1 month before moving in.. my question is how can she do this if i am still occupying the second floor
