Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

my son recently purchased a home 3 1/2 weeks ago. He had it surveyed 1 1/2 week ago. The neighbors fence is on my sons property, and he would like it removed to put a new fence in .What is the process for removing the fence legally ?

You should bring the survey to the neighbor and show them the encroachment. If they refuse to do anything, you could file suit against them for trespass. The best move would be to have a meeting with them first and if they refuse to do anything, then get an attorney to send them a letter about the trespass, and if that does not work you could file a claim in municipal or district court.
