Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I had squatters in my home in Harrisburg, PA for 3,277 days before they vacated. They have no assets, but can I sue the corrupt attorney that enabled them to occupy & stay in my home so long? Why isn't squatting ILLEGAL as it is in the UK since 2012? There if you are NOT the legal owner, a squatter faces immediate eviction & fine/prison if they continue squatting. PS - when they vacated, they completely trashed my home making it realistically - worthless! Thanks.

How did they manage to move? How come it 9 years to get them out. Sounds like someone was minding the store very well. What did the other attorney do that was corrupt? Where was your attorney?

Give me a call.
