Can I sue a Notary

I owned a house with another person he forged my name and removed me from the deed saying I gave my half up for $1.00 I am going to fight this in court can I also sue the Notary

Yes. That's the short answer. The notary also has to carry errors and omission insurance. Sort of like malpractice insurance for notaries.

The longer answer is the notary is but one of many potential opposing parties in you potential law suit.
