Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Being sued

I am being sued because a woman fell on a sidewalk. I do not own the property, manage the property, or lease theproperty. Can I sue the law firm and woman for the $500+ it is costing me to defend myself?

Re: Being sued

If you are neither the owner, lessee, or in any way an agent, workman, employee or similarly situated in relation to the person or entity that owns, leases or manages the property and are in no way involved or contributed to the fall including leaving something on the property or doing work on the property which somehow contibuted to the injury and it is determined as such at the court proceeding it is possible you may then have a claim for maliciously bringing a claim this is the tort of abuse of process or malicious prosecution
