Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My tenant who is a real estate broker says I must pay commission on other tenants he brought in the building before I bought it. Do I have a legal obligation to pay? The commercial 4 unit office property I just bought is in PA. So, in this situation there was nothing in my purchase agreement that stated that when all the leases would be transferred in my name I will take on the 6% commission that the tenant (who is a real estate broker) was charging the seller who sold me this building. In fact this tenant who is demanding that I honor the 6% commission is yet to produce any formal agreement he had related to this commission between him and the seller.

Unless you agreed to pay him the 6% he's not entitled to dime one.

Does he have any contract that say you owe him anything?
