Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a first time home buyer and followed the instructions of my real estate agent throughout the entire home-buying experience. The seller lied on the disclosure that there was no evidence of termite damage although they did say they had evidence of termites. I have 1/2 a cross beam that needs replaced and it was covered with wall paneling. Can I get them to pay?

Unless you had a buyer's agent the real estate agent representing the SELLERS.

If this was your first home purchase it was probably the biggest purchase you've ever made in you life. So you did you get a lawyer to look out for your interests?

You may be able to get them to pay but you're going to need a lawyer and it's going to cost more than it would have if you hired a lawyer to look after your rights,
