Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

An employee where i work confronted me for going to my supervisor with a problem the employee got very hostile and said to me "suck my dick" then turned his hat around and came at me in a threatening manner as if he was going to fight me. I told my supervisor who he later admitted what he said to me. When we told the store mgr he didn't seem to want to do anything and from what i know he just had a "corrective meeting" with him and was not fired. I work nights and we are locked inside the store all shift long and i no longer feel comfortable with this situation. I work for a major big box store and would like to know what my options are.

If the correct number of employees required to bring an action is present you may depending on the facts have a case of sexual harassment. I would suggest you speak to the local Pennsylvania Relations commission or the eeoc to yee if you have the sufficient facts to file a complaint.
