Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pennsylvania

If im 18 and i have a deceased parent and ssi was put away untill i turned 18. Now my step mom wont let me get to it. Is it legal for her to keep it from me when all i want is some of it to buy a car and maybe move out their house.

I think you mean survivors benefits from your deceased father while you were a minor. This is YOUR money and the person who collected the money on your behalf must give an accounting to the Social Security Administration. Contact your local SS office for help.
