Do you meant that your application was denied or do you meant that your appeal from the initial ruling was denied?

You may file a Notice of Appeal with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals from a decision of the U.S. District Court.

If the U.S. Dist. Court has denied your appeal, your next step is to file a Notice with the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. For actions in federal court, you really need an attorney because your Social Security case is presented through written legal argument.
