Fathers past taxes

I recieved a certified letter for my fathers past taxes, he is deceased. Am I liable ?

Re: Fathers past taxes

Your father's estate may be responsible for the past due taxes. Therefore if your father left assets when he died to beneficiaries then those assets may be responsible for the taxes.
