Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Conceil wepon permit
Two years ago i was charged with leaving the scene of accident in volving injury with a vehicle.I had a background check with filing for this permit and it was denied. They send me a form to chalenge this or is yhe only way to esponge from record and how does this happen.

I suggest you see an attorney. You may be able to get your record expunged depending what you pled to.
