When I was in highschool I didn't go very often and I had to go to court the judge suspended my license for two years. I waited the two years I'm eighteen now and I finally went for my permit the dmv told me my suspension never started because I never reported it. Now I have to wait to more years is there anything I can do.

Yes....you can seek credit--if you have not been driving during this time---

Good luck...

There is a department of PennDOT that handles this...You might need an experienced license suspension lawyer to help

Have someone take you to a PennDOT license center and ask one of the clerks there...

Call if I can help you

You may be able to get credit towards the suspension through a credit petition.

Yes there is. What you need to do is go back to the county where the underage drinking conviction occurred. You need to file a Petition For Leave to Take a Late Appeal (Nunc Pro Tunc Petition). If the judge grant its you can appeal the conviction that caused the suspension. When you go to court for the appeal you will try to plea bargain it to a charge that does NOT involve a license suspension. You will need a lawyer. Or you can file a petition for credit but they're tough.
