Re: not responding to citations

There was one case a while back that held that a license was restored by operation of law after expiration of the suspension but it was distinguished by a later case. The issue is very fact dependent. Before you try to clear up the driving citations it is very important to discuss the fact situation with an attorney. If you simply go back and plead guilty to multiple offenses it could and would likely result in a further suspension.

Based just on the facts as you have given them, no. There is no way that by simply ignoring citations that they are then challengeable. You will have to request some kind of consolidation for your hearing. We handle cases like these. If you are too far from Philadelphia, I can put you in touch with someone who can handle the case.
