Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

i got a traffic citaion for miss judging the road and turned to soon and ended up in someones flooded yard instead of the street but i managed to get pulled out this all happened during the night and a rainstorm. the officer wrote down no adverse weather condtions. Should i get a fine for missing the road? If the weather was nice i would of been able to pull out of the yard and their would of been no need to call the cop, i dont think i should get a fine for missing the road.
