What is the statute of limitations for contesting a parents will?

Your inquiry is general, so only a general answer can be provided. If your parent is still living, you cannot contest the will. If your parent is dead and the will has been submitted to probate, there are specific time limits, after you have been given notice of the probate, for contesting the will. If your parent is dead but there is no probate anticipated, if you wish to contest the will, you will have to file an adversary proceeding against the executor named in the will and perhaps other parties.
