Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My dad is going to leave money in his will for three children but he doesnot want the inlaws to have any part of that money can we do this

No your dad can try to do it but once a chiled jherits then it's his money and what he or she does with it is up to that child.
