Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Estate (Will)

My daughter's father (my ex husband) & grandmother

died the same week. Three or four years later, her grandfather died.

How can I find out what happened to their estate? She was the only living blood relative granddaughter).

Can she file--name removed--protest if someone other than her got all their money, etc? Also, is there--name removed--certain amount of time in which to do this?

You can check with the register of wills in the county where they died to see if an estate has been opened.
