Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I am getting my father's grave dug up because the cemetary is now telling me the plot I have been going to is not my father. Should I have a lawyer present and is there anything legally I can do if they misplaced my father?

What are you looking for that you need a lawyer? What are your damages? This is not a probate question. You need to be speaking to a general civil litigation attorney if you are of the mind to be suing. You will have to discuss with the attorney as to whether you have any kind of action as you offer no details. Mental damages if that is all that you have are often difficult to prove but it will depend on the fracts.

Why would you even need an attorney when your father is exhumed? Exhume him and re-inter him if that is what you want to do.
