Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I live in Florida but my attorney wants to probate in Pennsylvania.

My husband died last month and I am the executor. We don't have anything of value so my attorney isn't going to Probate in Florida, but in my husband's will he left land he owns in PA to his exwife for their children. He has about $15,000 of debt. My attorney now wants to probate in PA. Is she going to lose the land my husband wanted her to have?

Debts need to be paid out of assets, so it depends upon how much the real estate in PA is worth. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact Samuel Rossitto, our Estate specialist, at srossitt@dms=-lawyer.com to schedule a free phone consultation.
