what to do if there is a lost will ? originally there was only 6 heirs. however, there is a widower, who was not to receive anything. what must the rightful heirs do to receive there just inheritance?

Lost wills matters are difficult cases. You should contact an attorney to discuss the fact pattern surrounding the circumstances of the lost will. If there is a copy of the will this may help the situation. If no will is found or if the court does not accept a copy if there is one then the intestate laws would likelu apply and the right of succession in the stautes in pennsylvania would apply.
