Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I have some money coming to me from my father's estate but I have a lot of unpaid bills and I defaulted on a personal loan. Can my inheritance be taken from me because of this?

If your creditors find out about it conceivably they might be able to garnish what is in the hands of the estate. Have any judgments been entered against you at this time? A judgment would be needed first. If not, get an online or out of state bank account andput the money there.

You do need to resolve the unpaid debts. I can assist with that.
