Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

how do i moved this money

my son has a trust fund not that much money in it. he can not touch the money until he is 18 thats 4 years away, we are moving out of state and we don't want to leave the money behind. how do we get the court to release it and move it with us and set it up in a new bank in the state were moving to? nobody it giving us any info all they say is we need to fill out a form but they wont tell us what the form is called please help

You may want an attorney to review the trust agreement or court order, to see if the trust may be dissolved and disbursed to the child's guardian when the balance is very low.

Otherwise, the bank where the trust money is deposited should be give you the form for transferring the funds to the state where you are moving and assist you in completing it.
