Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Revocation of Power of Attorney

My grandfather gave power of attorney to his son and now wants to revoke that power. What forms will he need, who needs to receive these forms and where do we need to file. Do we really need an attorney or can we proceed on our own.

Thank you.

Need to execute a Revocation of Power of Attorney, record in Public Records and provide copy to any financial institution where accounts held. Best way would be to get original POA back.
